Winter.

Winter is the coldest season in the year.The days are short and the nights are long and dark.These winter holidays are very snowy and freezing.Children glad to fall down into the snowdrifts, play the snowballs and make snowmen.Nowadays it's not a problem to go to the skating-rink, to rent skates and enjoy yourself in a sunny frosty day! Some people prefer to be out of the town.They can sledge or ski in the woods there.Who are brave enough go in for extreme kinds of sport  such as ski-jumping. Winter sports help you to stay healthy and fit .

But some people prefer to stay at home during  long winter evenings watching TV, knitting socks or reading books. Besides, winter is the time of Christmas and New Year celebration when we are all busy with going shopping for presents and visiting our friends and relatives. In conclusion, I'd like to say that this winter is charming in its own special way and we'll remember it for a long time!
